I went to see the doctor few days ago to replenish my blood pressure maintenance medication. The doctor checked my blood pressure at the time and was a bit high according to her and she reminded me to cut down on salt and exercise. Honestly, I’m not a big fitness person, however I always do my best to add this in my life since it is beneficial to both my mental and physical well being.
I’m glad that I found my way back to my fitness and it does make me feel good! J, I will definitely keep you posted and perhaps show you some before and in progress photos of my journey to a healthier me.
