Dear J,

What a great evening we had last night! As you know it was our 11th Wedding Anniversary yesterday and hubby booked us a buffet dinner together with our dear son Third at Edge Food Theatre in Pan Pacific Hotel while I wrote him a card which I always do (it’s sweeter that way I suppose). It was sort of a surprise because I thought we will just stay home and have some wine and cheese.

As I was saying dinner was fantastic and our son Third had a great fun too. Food was amazing and delicious, a lot of food to choose from (Pan Pacific Singapore – Menus), ← please see the menu for your reference. I’m afraid I was not able to take good photos of our food so I’ll leave it up to your imagination for now.

Aside from the food, the hotel itself is beautiful and I had to put it up on my Instagram story haha! I basically bombarded my Instagram story of the every angle of the hotel lobby up to the restaurant floor.

I can’t help it, because it feels like it’s been a while since we celebrated something outside home due to the current situation which the pandemic brought us.

It was an amazing, simple, and yet memorable celebration indeed! Thank you for being patient with me and for being such a great listener J.
